The light is shining all around us. No need to find it. No need to make it. We only need to turn our eyes toward it, and let it in.

We can get stuck staring into the darkness… waking up and going to sleep thinking about what is “wrong.”

We will always be able to find things which are broken, if that’s what we’re looking for.

Today, let’s practice releasing our focus on what is “wrong” with the world, with others, and with ourselves, so we can turn our eyes toward that which is alive.

Put it down. Let it go.
