It’s more important to get myself in the right place - centered, clarity, rest, trust, confidence, hearing the Spirit - than it is to have all my moves perfectly planned out. I tend to obsess about the moves and neglect my inner self. The result will always be “good” but not alive and certainly not supernatural or transformative. The result of centered-ness without a perfect plan may sometimes be rough around the edges, but will be just what was needed. Substance with or without sheen. But who cares about sheen as long as the substance is right? Usually only me.
