Depending on our posture, gravity can be our enemy or a friend.

There is a way to stand which allows the downward pull of gravity while also allowing an upward energy of the body. When both forces are accepted and embraced, our body can expand. We become a little taller. A little more spacious. Energy and life flow more freely. We become more powerful with less effort.

Once I stop fighting the fact that gravity exists, I have a chance of seeing it as a friend. As long as gravity is "my enemy," my movements will be effortful, frustrated, and rigid.

Life’s challenges are like gravity. I am never going rid myself of my challenges. If I try,  my life will be effortful, frustrated, and rigid.

Once I stop fighting the fact that challenges exist I have a chance of seeing each challenge as a friend.

There is a way to travel through life which allows the existence of life's challenges while also allowing an upward energy of the heart. When both forces are accepted and embraced, our heart can expand. We become a little taller. A little more spacious. Energy flows more freely through us.

We can be more powerful with less effort.
