Today is my birthday! In case you were wondering :) here's something I would love from you:
Go for a slow 30-minute walk today.
Open your eyes and see as much as you can see. Let it all in, but without labeling it.
Open your ears and hear all you can hear, without labeling any of the sounds.
Each time a thought comes to mind, gently dismiss it, letting it pass through, then go back to seeing and hearing.
