I’ve been trying to live by these 4 rules. I’ve been far from perfect, but even trying has made a big change in my life:
- Never complain. Never worry. These are habits and it is possible to completely cut them out.
- Prepare your self before action. This means fewer ticked boxes and a larger % of time on practice and posture.
- Do what is in front of you. As opposed to dreaming about what you’ll do tomorrow.
- Trust the process, forget the outcomes. Another way of putting it: Invest in the process, not the outcomes.
